REFUND POLICY
Thank you for booking your tour at Cana Wine Tours.
If you are unable to attend your purchased tour, we’re here to help.
Cancellations
You have until the Monday before your tour to cancel your tour prior to the actual date of the tour. There is a 5% credit card service charge that will be deducted from any monies you have paid if a refund/cancellation is requested.
To be eligible for cancellation, you must contact us by telephone.
Refunds
Once we receive your verbal request, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. There is a 5% credit card service charge that will be deducted from any monies you have paid if a refund/cancellation is requested.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

TOUR PHOTO RELEASE FORM
I/We agree and understand that I and the members of my party (if applicable), may be photographed during the wine tasting tour that I, or we, have paid for.
I/We understand that these photographs may be used in promoting future tours with Cana Wine Tours, LLC, either in print, or on the Internet.
With my acknowledgment, I grant permission for myself and members of my party (if applicable), to be photographed or their images recorded for print or electronic use in promoting Cana Wine Tours’ services.
I/We understand that it is my/our responsibility to notify Cana Wine Tours in the event that I/We no longer wish to authorize the above uses.
I/We agree that this form will remain in effect until I/We request to remove mine or my parties’ authorization.
I/We understand that here will be no payment for myself or any member of my party for mine or ours’ participation in this release.
ADDITIONAL ROOM POLICY
With safety as our number one priority, we like to ensure that our guests are able to experience comfortable yet safe transportation throughout the duration of each tour.
For guests who are unable to comfortably sit with arm rests lowered, we recommend requesting an additional seat. Our seats range from 16.825 (inches) to 23.2 (inches).
If additional room is needed, please contact Cana Wine Tours as soon as possible to purchase and reserve a second seat. In the event that the tour does not reach maximum capacity, you will be refunded for the cost of the second seat. However, if there are no additional seats at the time of booking, there is no guarantee that additional space will be available.
WINE ETIQUETTE POLICY
Be Mindful of How Much You Are Drinking
Please keep in mind that many of these “craft” wine tastings vary in alcohol content compared to store bought selections. While the tastings may seem to be in small amounts and spread out over the course of the tour, it is imperative to stay hydrated and eat a fulfilling meal.
We ask that as these tours are intended to enjoy the art of tasting wine, our guests be mindful of their individual alcohol tolerance levels.
If we are asked to leave by any of the visiting vineyard or wineries due to our guests’ behavior, the tour will cease, and guests will be dropped off at their designated location. Please note if this occurs, refunds will not be provided in the event vineyards/wineries are not toured.
As we know accidents do happen, please be mindful of these rules so you and the other guests on board can enjoy the tour’s full potential.
DISPUTE POLICY
In the event, a guest disputes the charge of the tour, and has attended the tour, and Friendly Fraud occurs (the tour was legitimately attended and then you as the guest or your party disputes the transaction with their credit card company), claiming that you didn’t initiate the transaction or take the tour, Cana Wine Tours, LLC, with pursue all legal options afforded by the State of Georgia, and claim damages no less than $5,000 to recoup chargeback funds from you as the guest, or any member of your party. All members of the party will be subject to legal pursuit, despite the guest who initiates the dispute with their bank.
